Raman Naidu is a passionate educationist, a continuous learner, and a life coach whose mission is to ensure that every student passing out from his institutions achieves success and does wonders in life. He believes in having a growth mindset and permeates this thought across his organisation. His journey as an educationist began in the year 1998 when he was pursuing his engineering from NIT Warangal. He always had a strong calling to help and groom the students of his hometown which later turned into a higher purpose to empower the youth in the towns nearby. Post his engineering, he worked as a techie with the well-known software giants - D E Shaw and Tata Consultancy Services for some time. He left his lucrative IT job to pursue his passion for education.
Subrahmanyam is a Tech-Wiz, extremely meticulous and a balanced Personality. He pursued his engineering from NIT Warangal. Post, his engineering he joined the well-known software giant of India, Tata Consultancy Services. He worked in the United States with the same company for a decade. He was always passionate about education. His strong passion for this field and the inner desire to empower the young kids to excel in the field of education made him leave his high-profile job and come back to his Roots. His calm composure and astuteness makes him a role model for the children of tomorrow.
